Triple Pass Dryer
The triple-pass dryer is composed of three layers of inner and outer cylinders. The wet material enters from one end of the inner cylinder. Inside the dryer, the inner cylinder goes from the inner cylinder to the middle cylinder, and after drying from the middle cylinder to the outer cylinder, the dry material enters from the outer cylinder. The tail was collected with a separator. The hot air enters from the inner cylinder and is discharged from the tail of the outer cylinder.
The barrel is equipped with a forward copying plate, so that the material is continuously picked up and sprinkled during the rotation of the barrel, so that it is fully contacted with the hot air flow, so as to improve the drying efficiency and make the material achieve the drying effect.

Working Principle
The triple-pass dryer is composed of three layers of inner and outer cylinders.
