Peanut shell pelletizing solution

Rice husk and peanut shell pelletizing is to transport rice husk and peanut husk with moisture content of 10%-15% directly to the pellet machine, and press them into rod-shaped pellets with a diameter of 6/8/10 mm through mechanical and physical extrusion.

TECHNIQUE INTRODUCTION

Rice husk and peanut shell pelletizing mainly includes 3-4 sections: Drying section—Pelletizing section–Cooling section—Packing section.
Drying section

Production Process

In order to ensure the output and the formation of particles, the moisture content of the raw materials must be 10%-15%. If the moisture content of the raw material is higher than 15%, you need to use a dryer to reduce the moisture.

The pelleting machine will make sawdust with appropriate size and moisture into 6/8/10mm pellets

The temperature of the pellets just out of the pellet machine will be hot, need the cooler to cool the pellet. If you don’t use the cooler, you can choose to make a large silo for natural cooling

Pack the cooled pellets, the weight of the package can be changed according to your needs.

The moisture content of scraps is less than

15%

If moisture is higher, need to use dryer to reduce the water content before pelleting section.
